Motherhood is my absolute inspiration. From my own journey in motherhood, to the loss of my mother at a young age, I want all that empowers mothers to be documented. The sacred bond between us, unpolished moments, the raw, divine connection, of a mother and her children. When I look at photos of my mom, her arms around me, her eyes seeing only me, all of the ways she loved me come to life again. I want to give that gift to all of the mothers in the world, and to their children as well. After every motherhood session I do, I feel my heart heal a little more each time. That is a gift my clients give to me.
I have done Stormy’s All Heart Access Course and a 1:1 online mentorship. She has opened doors for me where I only saw walls, shifted the way I see things while I am shooting, and helped encourage me to be vulnerable. To pull from the places in my heart that no one else sees, letting my own emotions about motherhood surface, and channeling them into my session. Stormy’s passion aligned with my own, and it became so much more than taking pretty pictures. It was about documenting the most vulnerable parts of our lives, telling our stories, and leaving a mark in this world that will be there forever. We are here to show the world the raw beauty that resides in the love of families, pouring our art into beautiful strangers, and fueling our passion from the smallest magical moments.
